Partly. The searching, the valuations and the bidding can all be done from where you are now. For viewings you either fly over, or we attend on your behalf, with video and our honest read of the place.

The mortgage is where it gets difficult, and there are two routes out of that:

With financing. Most Dutch lenders want to see a Dutch employment contract, or at least a signed offer with a start date. Once your job here is confirmed, we can start. Without one, financing a Dutch home from abroad is rarely possible.

Without financing. If you are buying in cash, none of that applies. In fact, an all-cash deal that closes fast is exactly what sellers value most.

At the notary you do not have to be present: a power of attorney lets us handle the signing, so you can get the keys without booking a flight.

Of course. We do not ask for exclusivity, so you are under no obligation.

Our fee is €3,599, whatever the purchase price of the house. Up front you pay a €299 start fee, which is deducted on success or refunded if you decide to stop. See our pricing
