How does the 'no key, no fee' guarantee work?

Exactly as it sounds: you only pay the success fee once you have signed the rental agreement and have the key in hand. No home, no success fee. Our price has two parts.

You pay the €299 start fee up front. With it we set up your search, screen the supply and arrange the contracts. That work starts straight away, so this amount is not refunded.

You only pay the success fee on a result. We invoice it the moment you have the key, not a day earlier.

Still no home found for you after 3 months? Then you stop with no further costs: you don't pay the success fee, and the start fee you paid up front is not refunded. If we agree together to carry on, we keep searching without you paying anything extra.

There is one thing we need from you. The rental market moves in hours, not days. So here is what we expect from you: realistic search criteria, a budget that fits your profile, your documents complete and ready, and responding fast as soon as we have a home for you. We do the searching, the screening and the viewings. You make sure you are ready when it counts.

What is off-market supply and why do I need it?

More and more rental homes never appear online. A listing on Funda or Pararius quickly draws hundreds of responses, which is far too time-consuming for letting agents to handle. So they prefer to share homes directly with fellow agents in their network. Through our network you get access to this off-market supply: around 1 in 3 viewings we arrange come from homes you would never have seen online yourself.
